SENIOR CREDIT CONTROLLER

We are looking for a " Senior Credit Controller " for our multinational client which is leading in production sector in Bursa.

 

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of international experience in O2C/debtor management, preferably in textile or automotive sectors.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Agile team experience and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and time management skills.
• High level of integrity, risk awareness, growth mindset, and resilience.
• CPA qualification is a plus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage credit policies, including customer vetting and credit approvals.
• Drive monthly collection targets and monitor key credit KPIs such as DSO, overdue accounts, and bad debts.
• Follow up on bad debts and resolve customer disputes, reconciliations, and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with annual rebate and discount agreements.
• Track and manage customer cheque transactions through banks and directly with customers.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting using tools such as Power BI for performance visibility.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using agile methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with the commercial team and operate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Lead and mentor a small team overseeing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
