PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

We are looking for a " Production Team Leader " for our multinational client which is leading in automotive sector located in Bursa.

 

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke
• Solid operational knowledge in planning, prioritization, and process management
• Ability to coordinate effectively with both domestic and international stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), ISO 50001 (Energy Management System), and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System)
• Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES;

• Coordinate direct and production operators in line with company policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain a positive employee relations environment.
• Be responsible for creating production shift schedules.
• Plan and organize production meetings with operators and shift supervisors.
• Review and coordinate project and improvement changes and implementations in accordance with production standards.
• Manage the documentation preparation processes for production activities.
• Ensure that all areas within the company are clean and safe.
• Provide on-the-job training and manage the skill matrix of employees.
• Be responsible for achieving production targets.
• Report and monitor data related to production KPIs.
• Conduct and document performance evaluations for production employees.
• Oversee documentation preparation processes for all production activities.
