HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

We are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER for our client, a leading company operating in the automotive industry, located in Bursa.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute all Human Resources processes including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Manage payroll and personnel affairs processes with attention to accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Act as a business partner to management by supporting organizational development and workforce planning.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with production teams and provide on-site HR support when needed.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate goals.
  • Contribute to building a high-performance culture by promoting teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Resources, of which 4–5 years are in a managerial role
  • Proven knowledge of payroll, personnel systems, and labor law.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with strong operational insight.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English.
