We are looking for a Group Human Resources Manager for our client, a multinational company operating in the manufacturing sector and located in Bursa.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related fields.
- At least min 15 years of Human Resources experience in large-scale manufacturing companies, preferably in multi-site structures; the last 7–8 years of this experience must have been in managerial roles.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in labor law, industrial relations, payroll–personnel affairs and administrative services.
- Solid competency in soft HR areas such as talent management, performance management, organizational development and leadership development.
- Analytical mindset, strong operational perspective and a solution-oriented leadership approach.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities;
- Managing all Human Resources processes end-to-end for multiple production facilities.
- Executing recruitment, talent management, training–development, performance management and employee engagement processes with a production-oriented perspective.
- Ensuring the effective and legally compliant management of payroll, personnel affairs and administrative services (catering, security, shuttle, facility management, etc.).
- Acting as a strategic business partner to senior management; supporting organizational structuring, workforce planning, succession planning and leadership development.
- Managing industrial relations and union processes in a healthy and sustainable manner.
- Ensuring alignment with global HR standards and overseeing the implementation of HR policies and procedures across all sites.
- Supporting organizational culture, improving employee experience and leading HR-related projects.
