We are looking for a "CFO (Chief Financial Officer)" for our client which is leading in İstanbul-Europe

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related departments
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects / tasks and well-developed time management skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making abilities
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, project finance or similar fields;
• Good at investor relations,
• Having an important network in financial institutions,
• Strong in projection and feasibility preparation,
• Able to perform advanced financial analysis
