R&D DIRECTOR

We are looking for an ""R&D DIRECTOR"" for our customer operating in the automotive industry.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from engineering faculties of universities,
  • Advanced level of English,
  • At least 15-20 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • At least 10 years of management experience
  • Be able to lead the R&D center and R&D P&D activities,
  • Knowledge of investments, machinery, equipment and R&D budget and incentive management,
  • Having the ability to communicate effectively with other units such as Marketing, Sales, Planning, Production, Productand  Quality,
  • Advanced leadership skills, analytical, results-oriented, strong problem-solving direction, well-developed communication skills,


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensureing the management of R&D center processes and team,
  • Following and implementing the legal responsibilities related to the R&D center on behalf of the company,
  • Producing feed projects for P&D,
  • Managing cost analysis processes of the projects
