The foundations of BBI Executive Search were laid in order to be a business partner to companies in middle and senior manager selection and placement processes in Turkish market.   İnci Tunalı

  İnci Tunalı has been working in human resources sector for more than 20 years. She started her career in Sabancı group human resources department and managed all recruitment processes. After working as a senior manager in the world's biggest executive search companies for about ten years, she has been continuing to add value to the sector with BBI Executive Search that she founded in 2017. Tunalı, who has specialized in the selection and evaluation processes of CEO and senior executives, has significant achievements in the national and international arena. In 2019, she completed the Executive on Board training program initiated by Boğaziçi University to strengthen the successful and difference-making managers and board members of the business world and to prepare them for the next centuries.
