We are looking for a PRODUCTION MANAGER for our multinational client which is leading in production sector and located in Susurluk-Karacabey.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Production, at least 3 years as a manager
• Good command of verbal and written English skills,
• Having progressive and curious mindset
• Strong people management experience
• Broad knowledge of best practice in manufacturing
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Full coordination and production plan realization for production units.
• Monitoring of productivity data and helping to develop corrective action plans necessary to achieve annual productivity improvements
• Ensuring strong- effective communication across functions and with employees- vendors and government regulators
• Participation in the development and implementation of strategic, operational and technological solutions
• Departmental costs preparations with regard to productivity
• Participate in audits and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions
