We are looking for a PLANT DIRECTOR for our client which is leading in food production industry in İstanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
• Minimum 10 years management experience in FMCG / food production sectors is a must,
• Leading the Production, Maintenance and Repair, Quality, R&D and Financial operations,
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills, result oriented and team management,
• Having union experience would be a plus
• Excellent command of English,
• No restriction for travelling

 

The position will be directly reporting to Ceo and be in charge of the overall operational performance of the production plants in Turkey. (3 plants)
